Mirabela Lauterbach is a Zürich-based event producer and curator whose work brings together travel retail, luxury, culture, hospitality and executive networking. She founded Elevate Brands to design and produce events and live experiences that are commercially meaningful and culturally memorable.
With nearly two decades of experience across luxury, retail and global institutions, Mirabela has produced and curated high-level gatherings on some of the world's most influential stages, including the World Economic Forum in Davos. Her expertise lies in bringing together leaders and brands from fashion, luxury, hospitality, wellness, technology and culture inside a single room, at the right moment.
At Loft of Shared Dreams, she curated the Luxury in Motion panel at Davos, convening industry leaders to explore the future of luxury and human-centric innovation. She also serves as Program Director for the House of Romania, an independent platform at the Annual Meeting 2027 designed to bring Romania's voice into global conversations with clarity, intent and continuity.
Mirabela founded the Travel Retail Index, a new industry platform built to map the field's decision-makers and design next-generation executive panels for the global travel retail community.
